Welcome to Streectly Technologies. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and our services. By engaging, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Services

    Streectly Technologies provides email solutions, website development and related services. Project scope, features, pricing, and timelines will be agreed separately in a written proposal or quotation.

  2. Payment Terms

    • Clients must pay 30% of the total project cost upfront before work begins.
    • The balance is payable upon completion and delivery of the project.
    • An invoice will be issued for each payment stage.
    • The 30% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.

  3. Client Responsibilities

    • Provide timely content, images, and other required materials.
    • Ensure all submitted materials are legally owned or licensed.
    • Provide prompt feedback and approvals to avoid project delays.

  4. Intellectual Property

    Final deliverables (design, code, etc.) become the client's property only after full payment. Pre-existing code, tools, or frameworks used remain the property of Streectly Technologies.

  5. Revisions & Changes

    The project includes a limited number of revisions as specified in the agreement. Extra changes outside the agreed scope will require a change request and additional fees.

  6. Warranties & Disclaimers

    We provide services with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee websites or software will be free from all bugs or achieve specific results (such as sales, rankings, or revenue).

    We are not responsible for failures or downtime caused by third-party services (e.g., hosting, payment providers, APIs).

  7. Limitation of Liability

    Streectly Technologies' liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, data, or business opportunities.

  8. Termination

    Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. The Client will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date.

  9. Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless authorized in writing.

  10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved in Kenyan courts.

  11. Updates

    Streectly Technologies may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
